3. Shipping service provider

Delivery is usually made via DHL.
Upon request and by prior arrangement, a pickup in Kiel (Schleswig-Holstein) can also be arranged.

4. Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery will take place within 14 days of receipt of payment, depending on stock availability.
Since our urns are manufactured in small batches, longer delivery times may occur in individual cases.
Should a delay become apparent, we will inform you immediately.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
They are based on size, weight, and delivery destination.
For group orders or larger quantities, individual shipping arrangements can be made.

6. Packaging and Sustainability

Our products are packaged without plastic and with the utmost care.
We use recyclable and biodegradable materials to ensure the protection of our urns during transport.

7. Transport damage

Please check the goods for any externally visible damage upon receipt.
Should you notice any transport damage, please have it confirmed by the delivery person immediately and inform us without delay.
The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of formorgen Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG until full payment has been received.

9. Returns

Returns are only accepted after prior agreement.
Individually manufactured or personalized urns are excluded from return unless there is a defect.
