1. Scope

Since our sales are currently exclusively to business customers (B2B), the following conditions apply.

2. No right of withdrawal for personalized products

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal or return for individually manufactured or personalized products.
Our mycelium (“Evig”) urns are made to order and can be individually customized in terms of material structure, shape or engraving.
Returns or refunds are therefore excluded unless there is a demonstrable material or manufacturing defect.

3. Return of defective products

Should a product be delivered damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the goods by email to info@formorgen.de.
Please attach photos and a brief description of the defect to your message.

After reviewing the case, formorgen GmbH & Co. KG:

arrange for a replacement delivery or
Refund the purchase price if a replacement delivery is not possible.

The return of defective goods is at the supplier's expense.

4. Refund periods

After approval of the return and inspection of the goods, a refund will be issued within 14 working days to the originally used payment method.

5. Exclusion of refunds

A refund is excluded if:

the product was improperly handled, altered or damaged by the buyer,
the product was individually manufactured or personalized,
The deficiency is caused by natural material properties of the mycelium (e.g., color or structure variations).

6. Return of goods

Returns are only possible after prior agreement.
Please do not return any products without prior consultation.
Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
